European Mobility Week in Miercurea-Ciuc

The awareness that the unrestricted use of vehicles is incompatible with the proper mobility has become evident. We, at the Environmental Partnership Foundation, want these healthy concepts for a strong community to be part of the public discussion. This is why we have been supporting this initiative since 2005.

The "Car-Free Cities" initiative began in France on September 22, 1998. Over the past 26 years, thousands of European cities and millions of citizens have joined the movement, transforming it into the "European Mobility Week".

For many years, we have been the local organizers of this annual initiative, putting our city on the map of sustainable development for both us and the environment we live in.
